LotusGrill, smoke-free and ready in three minutes. Today I'll show you how to use the LotusGrill. An ingenious smoke-free coal grill. Easy to bring when you want to go out and cook. The LotusGrill comes with a handy carry bag, with storage for the required ignition jelly, and matches or a lighter. The LotusGrill has a 4-part design. The outer casing, with the fan. An inner part that collects grease, a grate for cooking, the part where coal is contained and burned. Opens easily with these latches. Remove the grate, and here is the coal container. Avoid using the large pieces if you buy generic coal. LotusGrill branded coal is also available for purchase. Today we are using generic coal. Use some of the smaller pieces from the bag, and put them gently in the burner. Fill it to the brim, and your grill will stay nice and hot for a long time. Under the coal container is the ignition plate. Here we add the ignition jelly- LotusGrill branded jelly is available for purchase. Give it a couple good squirts of the jelly, and ignition should not be a problem. When the ignition jelly is on the plate, turn on the fan, you should hear it start up. The next step is igniting the jelly. It ignites fast! Be aware that it burns with an invisible flame, But you can still see and feel the heat from the burning jelly. Place the coal over the ignition jelly. Add the lid. Add the supplied grate, and make sure it fits in its grooves- so the side latches locks in correctly. Within a few minutes, ths grill will be ready to cook food. When you are done, the coal container will cool down in 5-10 minutes. Cool enough to remove its contents, or just pick up the whole grill, as the outer casing never gets hot. This is the perfect travel grill. And this was a quick guide for the LotusGrill. Enjoy your barbeques!
